El peligroso juego de la izquierda
A pesar de su caótica fragmentación, la izquierda en el Perú parece tener una curiosa orquestación que por distintos caminos les permite llegar al mismo peligroso derrotero: bloquear al Estado peruano. La conducta histórica de la izquierda peruana ha sido siempre abominar del Estado de Derecho, enfrentarse al Estado y a sus instituciones, despreciar la “democracia burguesa y electorera”, y tratar de traerse abajo al gobierno mediante la violencia a toda escala, desde el caos callejero hasta el terror más despiadado. Esta es la tarea histórica de la izquierda, presente en todos sus manuales de acción programática.
Después de tantas décadas de práctica, las izquierdas parecen haber alcanzado un grado muy peligroso de eficiencia gracias a sus diversas organizaciones. Ya no se trata de los innumerables partiduchos izquierdistas de los 80, entre los cuales se hallaba el tristemente célebre Partido Comunista del Perú – Sendero Luminoso. (Hoy tenemos a una variante de ese partiducho criminal en el gobierno regional de Cajamarca, el Patria Roja). Estamos en otra etapa histórica de la izquierda pues además de algunos partidos se basan fundamentalmente en diversas organizaciones sociales que cumplen la misma perversa misión de acosar al Estado, por ejemplo, denunciándolo ante la CIDH o rechazando sus proyectos de inversión.
Tenemos a las ya bien conocidas ONGs defensoras de DDHH, concentradas en la innoble tarea de desprestigiar a las FFAA mes a mes, y oponiéndose a todo intento de imponer el orden legal frente al caos, vandalismo y agitación social de la izquierda. Luego están las ONGs ambientalistas con la esforzada tarea de bloquear cualquier proyecto grande de inversión y desarrollo. Se oponen a todo: hidroeléctricas, represas, carreteras, etc., pero principalmente a la minería, que es la que nos da los mayores recursos, la que da más empleo y paga más impuestos.
Luego están las diversas organizaciones semiclandestinas de izquierda conocidas como “frentes de defensa”, que son solo conglomerados de agitadores sociales predispuestos a tomar carreteras y provocar el vandalismo con sus marchas de protesta. Cuentan con una temible capacidad de destrucción a gran escala que incluye ciudades enteras y asalto de instalaciones estratégicas, además de medios para el adoctrinamiento popular. En la web hay fotos y videos de sus instalaciones de adoctrinamiento popular. Han desarrollado habilidades para enfrentarse a las mermadas fuerzas policiales que son obligadas ahora a enfrentarse sin armas, sin autoridad y sin respaldo legal alguno.
Por último tenemos a los conocidos sindicatos dominados por la izquierda como la CGTP y el SUTEP, que pese a no representar gremialmente a nadie, poseen la fuerza de su virulencia e irracionalidad a la hora de marchar por las calles con sus garrotes en ristre, obligando bajo amenazas a la paralización general de los trabajadores. A ellos debemos agregar a las organizaciones indígenas como la AIDESEP y otras específicamente antimineras que se han sumado a la tarea de jaquear al Estado.
Como corolario final están los congresistas de izquierda y otros representantes célebres de la izquierda en los medios, sirviéndoles de cortina legal e ideológica. Ya vimos la manera presta en que algunos congresistas acudieron a protestar por la breve detención del terrorista Wilfredo Saavedra, principal agitador social de Cajamarca; las protestas enérgicas, con comunicados indignados, por la declaración del Estado de Emergencia que impuso el orden en Cajamarca. Esta es la cara legal, de cuello y corbata, que le hace el juego al terrorismo y a los agitadores.
Ese es el panorama del Perú hoy. Ni el infierno de mi tocayo Dante luce tan maléfico. La cuestión es tratar de vislumbrar lo que nos puede deparar el futuro con semejante paisaje. Por lo pronto el gobierno de Ollanta Humala ya se deshizo de algunos elementos nefastos de esa izquierda que actuaban como piedras en el zapato, aunque aun quedan dos o tres por depurar. La cuestión es ¿qué más está dispuesto a hacer el gobierno con la izquierda en general? No es difícil adivinar que el próximo año pasarán a la acción intransigente de siempre. Por lo pronto ya tenemos prácticamente una declaración de guerra en Cajamarca.
Debido a que las izquierdas no responden a ninguna dirigencia unificada y son solo conglomerados de agitadores, lunáticos y terroristas frustrados, lo más probables es que cada quién siga en su propio afán y acaben configurando un escenario de caos social y político que el gobierno de Ollanta Humala no va a tolerar. En algún momento que parece inevitable, la situación podría desembocar, efectivamente, en una militarización del país. Yo creo, sin temor a equivocarme, que la izquierda está jugando con fuego. Por desgracia la izquierda es un segmento no solo virulento e irracional sino irresponsable.
